But after his adventure in Merimbula, Scotty's worked up an appetite, and goes straight to Wheelers Oyster Farm & Seafood Restaurant. He takes a tour first, though, where he learns why the local oysters are so good. According to the tour guide, the mild, clean waters of Merimbula Lake are the perfect environment for growing Sydney rock oysters. "They're the sweetest, the Rolls-Royce of oysters," boasts the guide.
